***All orders placed Monday – Friday before 12:00 pm MT will be shipped the same day.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your tracking information to be updated.

***Shipping times vary depending on your shipping option of choice:

***Regular – Depending on where you are located, could take 2-7 business days.

***Xpresspost – Depending on where you are located, could take 1-3 business days. 

All orders are processed through Canada Post.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Okanagan CBD.

For sanitary reasons, once the product leaves our possession we are unable to process a return.

If your product has any issues, please document the issue(picture/video) and email us at

[email protected] with your order # included in the email and we can work on sending out a

replacement.
